Confidential is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Riyadh to manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure accuracy of salaries and entitlements, and maintain regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with HR and finance to validate attendance, deductions, and benefits.

The role requires 2+ years of payroll experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and fluency in English and Arabic. Familiarity with ERP/HRMS is preferred, and the incumbent will handle documentation for audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll administration experience.
• Hands-on with MenaME Payroll System mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, WPS, and payroll compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll including salaries, allowances, deductions, and overtime.
• Review attendance, absences, delays, and overtime with HR.
• Maintain and update employee records in payroll system.
• Monitor salary adjustments, promotions, and final settlements.
