Job summary

FAENA Paymaster is responsible for accurate, timely, and confidential payroll processing, including salaries, overtime, deductions, and statutory compliance under Saudi labor laws. You will maintain payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and partner with HR and Finance to ensure on-time payments and proper reporting.

A Bachelor's degree and 2–5+ years' payroll experience, ideally in hospitality, are required, with SAP or Oracle NetSuite experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 2–5+ years' payroll or compensation experience, hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations (GOSI, end-of-service benefits) and payroll compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately for all employees.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions per policy.
• Maintain payroll records and update employee data.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports for Finance and Management.
