Job summary

Proger is seeking a detailed-oriented HR Specialist to join the Human Resources team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, support full-lifecycle recruitment, onboarding, and policy compliance while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.

You will collaborate with the Branch Manager and Italian Headquarters to implement HR strategies across regions, ensuring Saudi Labour Law compliance and efficient HR reporting. English proficiency is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Administration.
• Experience with international or engineering companies preferred.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and support full lifecycle recruitment, onboarding, policy compliance and administration.
• Act as primary HR contact to build a positive work environment and ensure smooth HR processes.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager, HR Manager and Italian HQ to implement HR initiatives and ensure compliance with Saudi laws.
