Job summary

The IT Specialist at Chedi Hospitality is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and security of the hotel's IT infrastructure. You will provide technical support to all departments, manage hotel systems such as PMS, POS, IPTV, and telephony, and ensure reliable technology services for staff and guests.

You will administer Windows environments, monitor networks, handle security updates, backups, and participate in disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

Experience providing first and second-line IT support across multiple departments.
Familiarity with PMS/POS systems and hotel applications is beneficial.
Ability to install and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Knowledge of Windows OS administration and user accounts.
Experience with hotel systems like PMS, POS, IPTV, and telephony is a plus.
Knowledge of cybersecurity and backup procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide first and second-level technical support to hotel staff.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Respond promptly to IT service requests and incidents.
Maintain Windows operating systems and user accounts.
Install, update, and patch operating systems and applications.
