Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an IT Operations professional to support and optimize information systems across Hyatt Regency hotels. You will maintain hardware, software, and network modules, ensuring uptime and adherence to Hyatt standards for security and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Operations.
• Hospitality or large-scale operational experience preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT operations support and maintenance across hotel systems.
• Assist with operation of the hotel’s IS systems, hardware, modules and PCs.
• Coordinate timely repair and return to service of faulty systems or equipment.
• Establish and implement data backup procedures for IS systems.
• Ensure security measures to prevent unauthorised access and support audits.
