Responsibilities

• Assist with purchasing materials and supplies, researching prices, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies.
• Accept and verify deliveries by checking against purchase orders, invoices, and specifications.
• Issue and deliver items to departments, maintain stock levels, and notify on low/out-of-stock items.
• Receive and process invoices, verify accuracy, scan documents, and follow up on discrepancies.
• Conduct routine inventories, input received goods into tracking systems, and report shortages.
