• Support revenue growth by assisting the Groups, Conference and Events Sales Manager with revenue and profit through proactive selling, calendar management, and pricing strategy.
• Ensure sales process excellence with accurate quotes and consistent vendor pricing across channels.
• Coordinate onboarding with HR and commercial leaders to train Revenue, Reservations, and Conference & Events teams.
• Support client satisfaction and event success by coordinating with internal teams throughout planning.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton standards, brand guidelines, and policies.
• Promote the hotel and participate in promotional initiatives to attract new business opportunities.
