Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality HR.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and operations.
• Must have hospitality industry experience within the Gulf region.
• Physically fit, strong, and presentable with a pleasing personality.
• Experience in onboarding, performance management, training, attendance, C&B, accommodation management, and grievance handling.
• Nationality Preference: Filipino

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and HR documentation.
• Support performance management and training activities.
• Monitor attendance and employee records.
• Coordinate compensation and benefits activities.
• Manage staff accommodation-related matters.
• Handle employee grievances and HR queries.
