Job summary

Green Umbrella Recruitment in Muscat, Oman seeks a Hotel/Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, stock, service standards, and guest satisfaction.

You will lead kitchen staff, train employees, monitor the quality of food and beverages, and drive upselling targets under the guidance of the Operations Manager. GCC/Middle East experience is preferred; immediate availability or visa transfer is desirable.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in supervising and leading kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate daily kitchen operations efficiently.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• GCC/Middle East experience is preferred
• Preferably available immediately or able to transfer visa
• Minimum 4+years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel, restaurant, catering, or food service establishment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the business and ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain stock for coffee beans, syrups, packaging items, and related supplies.
• Monitor the quality of food and beverages served and uphold service standards.
• Maintain the sequence of service and handle guest complaints with attention to detail.
• Implement monthly training plans for employees and provide daily follow-up on upselling and sales reporting.
• Assist and coach employees to achieve daily and monthly targets.
