Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Head of MENA to lead commercial expansion across the Middle East and North Africa, starting with Saudi Arabia and the GCC. You will own regional go-to-market strategy, build a robust sales pipeline, and establish strategic partnerships with enterprises and government bodies.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to align offerings with market needs, own revenue targets, and drive adoption of humanoid robotics across multiple sectors in the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial leadership in robotics, automation, industrial tech, AI, or advanced manufacturing.
• Proven experience scaling enterprise sales across the Middle East, especially Saudi Arabia and GCC.
• Track record selling complex technical solutions to enterprise or government customers.
• Established network with regional enterprises, government entities, and strategic partners.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Humanoid's commercial strategy across MENA, focusing on Saudi Arabia and GCC.
• Build and manage regional sales pipeline from introductions to contract execution.
• Develop relationships with C-suite, government stakeholders, sovereign funds, and major enterprises.
• Secure commercial agreements, pilots, partnerships, and pre-orders for humanoid platform.
• Identify high-value opportunities across manufacturing, logistics, energy, healthcare, and more.
• Develop ROI models and business cases to accelerate adoption.
• Represent Humanoid at executive meetings and events; gather customer feedback for GTM.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align roadmaps with market needs.
