Job summary

Flow is seeking a Head of Finance, MENA, based in Riyadh, to lead regional financial strategy and build a scalable finance function across multiple markets. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and capital deployment while partnering with senior leadership to drive profitable expansion.

The role requires 12–15+ years in finance, CPA/ACCA/SOCPA, IFRS/SOCPA knowledge, and strong team leadership. Fluent English is required; Arabic preferred. In-office position with heavy cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in finance with hands-on operating exposure, preferably in multi-site real estate, residential/multifamily, hospitality, or consumer operations.
• Proven track record in high-growth, founder-led, or PE-backed environments.
• CPA, ACCA, CA, or SOCPA; deep knowledge of IFRS, SOCPA, and Saudi tax regulations (ZATCA, VAT, Zakat).
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred; direct communicator comfortable challenging leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own regional financial plan, budgeting, long-term forecasts, capital deployment, pacing, and resource planning for MENA.
• Lead and build a scalable finance function and regional team across multiple markets.
• Oversee operating models, weekly KPI/cash packs, and community-level P&Ls; ensure month-end close, IFRS/SOCPA compliance, and internal controls.
• Drive treasury, cash management, and regulatory compliance (ZATCA, VAT) with cross-border collaboration.
