Formación

• 15+ years of cost control and project finance experience in drilling or heavy industries.
• Experience managing cost frameworks for multi-million-dollar drilling projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting standards and GCC financial practices.
• Engineering or finance degree with financial specialization.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement cost control frameworks across operations and projects.
• Monitor project budgets, variances, and cost performance reports.
• Support procurement and supply chain in cost analysis and vendor negotiations.
• Provide executive-level cost forecasts and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Omani accounting standards and internal policies.
• Lead cost reporting for executive management and external stakeholders.
