A leading oil and gas company in Oman is seeking a Financial Controller to elevate its financial control environment. The successful candidate will design and implement internal control frameworks and ensure compliance with regulations. With a mandatory qualification as an Omani National, candidates should have over 10 years of finance experience, including 4 years in a senior role. Requirements include a related degree and professional certification. Strong ERP experience is essential. This role reports directly to the CFO.

Qualifications

• Omani National — mandatory requirement.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience.
• At least 4 years in financial control or senior finance role.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the internal control framework.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and financial policies.
• Lead external and internal audit processes.
• Deliver management reports beyond numbers.
• Build and own management reporting frameworks.
