Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in investment management or related fields.
• Proven leadership in BD, research and portfolio management.
• Strong financial modelling and company valuation skills.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint; Bloomberg desirable.
• Fluent English; Arabic advantageous.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving investment strategies, overseeing portfolio performance, identifying growth opportunities, and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Investment Management , or a related discipline (Master's degree or MBA is an advantage).
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in investment management, corporate finance, private equity, sovereign wealth funds, asset management, or strategic investment.
• Proven experience leading business development, investment research, and portfolio management functions.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, investment analysis, company valuation, and portfolio performance management .
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg or similar financial platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English ; Arabic language skills are advantageous .
