Job summary

Libertex Group is seeking an experienced Head of Business Development - GCC to drive regional growth in forex/fintech. You will lead strategic partnerships, optimize departmental performance, and manage a team of BD Managers across the GCC region.

The role focuses on revenue targets, market expansion, and data-driven decision making, with remote work options and global collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Development and Introducing Broker (IB) in Forex/Fintech.
• 2–3 years in a managerial role overseeing IB/BD teams.

Responsibilities

• Own IB performance and GCC growth; meet revenue and market-expansion targets.
• Develop and execute a strategic action plan tailored to the GCC market.
• Lead and coach the BD team to achieve goals.
• Set KPIs and monitor performance; take corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and implement partnerships; strengthen existing ones.
• Collaborate with Support, Dealing, Payments, Product, Compliance and other teams.
• Analyze partner performance and market data to identify growth opportunities.
• Cultivate long-term partner relationships to maximize performance.
• Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and optimize strategies.
