Job summary

Libertex Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and partnership growth across GCC. The role involves onboarding IBs, affiliates, and institutional clients while ensuring compliance with regional regulations.

You will work remotely as part of a global team, leveraging your GCC network and market knowledge to expand Libertex's footprint in the online trading industry.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Forex/CFD business development experience focusing on GCC markets.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a GCC-focused BD strategy for client acquisition and retention.
• Identify, recruit, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients in GCC.
• Be the main contact for partners, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing to design region-specific campaigns.
• Represent the company at expos, seminars, and events.
• Monitor regulatory frameworks, market trends, and competitive offerings.
• Track KPIs: revenue, client acquisition, conversion rates, and trading volumes.

Job Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive client acquisition and partnership growth across GCC. Your role will involve onboarding IBs, affiliates, trading academies and institutional clients while ensuring compliance with regional regulations.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy tailored to GCC, focusing on client acquisition and retention
• Identify, recruit, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients in GCC
• Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deploy region-specific campaigns
• Represent the company at expos, seminars, and events
• Stay updated on regulatory frameworks, competitive offerings, and market trends
• Track KPIs: revenue, client acquisition, conversion rates, and trading volumes

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other relevant field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on GCC markets
• Excellent command of Arabic and English language
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates, and traders in GCC
• Knowledge of GCC market dynamics, including trading behaviors and regulations
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
