Job summary

Hike Tech LLC in Muscat, Oman, is seeking a Business Development and Digital Marketing Executive to fuel growth in the GCC. You will identify new clients, perform cold outreach, and build relationships from scratch.

You will manage our brand across Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, create engaging content, and help develop ambassador and referral programs. The role requires strong English and Arabic communication and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in business development, sales or digital marketing, available immediately.
• Strong English and Arabic communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently with GCC market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through cold outreach and networking.
• Manage brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
• Generate and qualify leads, prepare proposals, and follow up on opportunities.
• Report on performance and growth metrics weekly.
