Career Land Center is seeking a Head Chef / Pastry Chef for a Turkish and Greek restaurant during Riyadh Season in Saudi Arabia. Location is Riyadh; contract for 6 months; start date October 2026.

The role requires leading a kitchen team, creating authentic Turkish and Greek dishes and pastries, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. You will oversee daily operations, manage inventory and costs, and collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager and front-of-house staff to

Competenze

• Experience as Head Chef or executive chef in a senior role.
• Proficient in Turkish/Greek cuisine and pastries.
• Strong hygiene and kitchen safety knowledge.
• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural restaurant.

• Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare Turkish and Greek dishes and pastries.
• Maintain quality, taste, presentation, and portions.
