Career Land Center, LLC is hiring an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to lead pastry and bakery operations for an F&B company in Kuwait. The role focuses on menu development, production leadership, cost management, and maintaining pastry standards across outlets.

We seek a creative professional with strong leadership and a hands-on approach to deliver high-quality desserts, cakes, and pastries while coordinating with culinary and management teams. Willingness to relocate to Kuwait is required.

Qualifications

• Previous Executive Pastry Chef or senior pastry leadership experience.
• Strong background in restaurants, hotels, or luxury hospitality.
• Deep knowledge of pastries, desserts, cakes, and production planning.
• Experience in bulk production and multi-outlet pastry support is a plus.
• Leadership, team-building and training capabilities.
• Sound understanding of food cost control and inventory management.
• Excellent food safety and kitchen compliance knowledge.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily pastry and bakery operations across outlets.
• Develop and enhance dessert menus and seasonal specials.
• Ensure pastry items meet company standards in taste and presentation.
• Maintain consistency in portioning, decoration, and quality.
• Train and motivate pastry team to high performance.
• Oversee production planning, mise en place, storage, and rotation.
• Support bulk production for events and high-volume operations.
• Monitor cost, inventory, wastage, and portion control.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
• Collaborate with culinary, service, purchasing, stewarding, and management teams.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of pastry equipment.
