Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Steward Supervisor to join an exciting restaurant project during Riyadh Season in Saudi Arabia. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Contract: 6 months. Start Date: October 2026. Accommodation, meals, medical insurance and visa sponsorship are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience as a Steward Supervisor or similar.
• Experience in a professional restaurant, hotel or high-volume kitchen.
• Experience supervising and coordinating a stewarding team.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen cleaning, sanitation and hygiene procedures.
• Ability to organize daily stewarding operations and assign tasks.
• Strong understanding of food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train, support and motivate stewarding team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the stewarding team.
• Assign cleaning and dishwashing duties according to operational requirements.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas are cleaned and sanitized.
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen and restaurant.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and organization of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Train and guide stewarding staff on cleaning, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Monitor the condition and availability of kitchen equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, Restaurant Manager, and other departments.
• Ensure proper waste management and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Support the team during busy service periods and ensure efficient stewarding operations.
• Report maintenance, equipment, or supply issues to management.
