ConFlip is seeking an experienced Head Chef for its luxury resort in Khasab, Oman. You will lead the culinary team, craft innovative menus, oversee inventory and budgets, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and sanitation.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, extensive high-end kitchen experience, and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). The role requires managing multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or Exec Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership and ability to train a diverse kitchen team.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop creative and innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain budgetary control for all food items.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and high standards.
• Collaborate with F&B, Events, and Front Office for smooth service operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, ingredients, techniques, and equipment.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health codes, regulations, and company policies.
