Guardian Secure Services is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for a luxury resort in Khasab, Oman. You will oversee all culinary operations, design menus, and lead a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or 8 years as a Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Proficiency in English is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and design menus that meet resort standards and appeal to diverse clientele.
• Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen expenses to maintain profitability.
• Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with management on special events and menu planning.
• Maintain relationships with local suppliers to source fresh ingredients.
