Job summary

Abroad Work in Salalah, Oman is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead all kitchen operations in our upscale restaurant. You will craft innovative menus, supervise a team of cooks, manage inventory, and ensure consistent quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as Head Chef, a culinary degree or equivalent, strong leadership, and excellent English (Arabic a plus). The role offers a competitive monthly salary and a housing allowance as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

5+ years of Head Chef experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
Proven track record in menu development and kitchen operations.
Strong leadership to train and mentor staff.
Excellent understanding of cooking methods, safety, and portion control.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and high standards.
Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
