Job summary

Tawteen seeks a Manager, Human Capital Intelligence to lead workforce data analytics and AI initiatives. You will shape the HC intelligence roadmap, govern data, and partner with Enterprise AI to deliver evidence-based workforce insights for decision-makers.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, cost projections, and compensation models, while ensuring governance, privacy, and model-risk controls. Strong English/Arabic communication is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Finance or related discipline. A Master's preferred.
• Professional certification in People Analytics, Data Analytics, BI, HR Systems or AI preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in people analytics, workforce planning, BI, HR tech or data-led HC transformation.
• Experience in banking/regulated environments preferred.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and at least one BI platform (Power BI) with data modelling and reporting automation.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python preferred.
• Experience managing HRMS data, data quality controls and accessible reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a prioritised HC Intelligence roadmap aligned with HC strategy and bank ambitions.
• Maintains governed workforce data model, ensuring privacy, security and governance compliance.
• Develops dashboards, scorecards and executive reports on workforce metrics.
• Provides evidence-based insights to senior leaders, distinguishing facts, forecasts and assumptions.
• Supports workforce planning with demand/supply analysis and cost projections.
• Builds transparent compensation and benefits models aligned with policy and governance.
• Improves HRMS adoption, data quality and process controls across HC processes.
• Partners with HC units and data teams to automate recurring analysis and embed data-driven decisions.
