Job summary

Oman Investment Authority seeks a Manager, Human Capital Intelligence to lead workforce data strategy, analytics and AI initiatives, enabling evidence-based decisions aligned with the Authority's objectives. You will own the HC intelligence roadmap, governance, dashboards and executive reports, collaborating with Enterprise AI and control functions to deliver measurable benefits across HR functions.

Fluency in English and Arabic, with a strong background in analytics, HR systems and data-driven

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Data Analytics, AI, Information Systems, Finance or related field.
Master's degree preferred; professional certifications in analytics or BI are a plus.
Minimum 7 years in people analytics, workforce planning, BI or data-led HC transformation.
Experience in banking or regulated environment preferred.
Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic; ability to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Develops and executes HC Intelligence roadmap aligned with HC strategy and governance.
Maintains workforce analytics, dashboards, scorecards and executive reports.
Supports workforce planning with demand/supply analysis and cost projections.
Builds transparent compensation and benefits models aligned with governance.
Improves HRMS adoption, data quality and automation across HC processes.
Partners with data owners and AI/Control functions to ensure data readiness and accountability.
