Job summary

Oman Housing Bank is seeking a senior Manager - Human Capital Intelligence to lead workforce analytics and AI-enabled initiatives. The role drives the HC intelligence roadmap, governance, and adoption of analytics across HR and business units.

The incumbent partners with Enterprise AI, Finance, Risk and other functions to deliver data-driven decisions, model validation, and benefits realization in support of the bank’s strategy and smart-bank ambition.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in people analytics, workforce planning or BI.
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI with data modelling and reporting automation.
Experience with HR data, governance, privacy and model governance is preferred.
Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic, with executive communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Develops and executes the HC Intelligence roadmap aligned with bank strategy.
Maintains governed workforce data model, dashboards and AI use cases.
Provides evidence-based insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
Supports workforce planning with demand-supply analysis and cost projections.
Builds auditable compensation and benefits models and data literacy initiatives.
