Job summary

Hospitality Concept LLC is seeking a professional Waiter/Waitress to deliver courteous food and beverage service in a busy dining environment. You will welcome guests, take orders, explain menu options and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.

Responsibilities include serving meals, maintaining dining area cleanliness, handling payments when required and upholding food safety and grooming standards. Weekend shifts and holidays may be required to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in waiter/waitress or similar F&B service role.
• Experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant or hospitality establishment.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous food and beverage service to guests.
• Take accurate orders and communicate with kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards.
• Check guest satisfaction and respond professionally to requests or complaints.
• Prepare tables, arrange cutlery and maintain clean dining areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Process bills and payments where required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation and grooming standards.
• Assist with opening, closing and general service duties.
