Career Land Center, LLC seeks experienced Waitresses for a 5-star luxury hotel to join our Food & Beverage team and deliver refined, professional guest service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in waitressing within hotel, restaurant, or fine dining, with strong English communication and a friendly, presentable appearance. Opportunities include accommodation, transportation, and meals. Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waitress in a hotel, restaurant, café, lobby lounge, or similar F&B environment.
• Prior experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards and basic sequence of service.
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and service-oriented.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest requests professionally.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly with attentive, professional service.
• Take orders accurately and communicate clearly to kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and sequence of service.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, organized, and ready for guest service.
• Maintain strong menu knowledge, including dishes, beverages, ingredients, and promotions.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Handle guest feedback politely and report issues to supervisor when needed.
• Support upselling of menu items, beverages, desserts, and offers.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, stewarding, and other service team members for smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Follow grooming, appearance, and service standards as per hotel policy.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as required.
