Duruper is seeking a professional Waiter/Waitress to deliver courteous food and beverage service and ensure a pleasant dining experience. You will take orders, serve guests, and coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, explaining menus, handling orders, delivering meals promptly, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Previous hotel or restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar food and beverage service role.
• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant or hospitality establishment.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Strong customer-service orientation and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple guest requests.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests, assist with seating and provide menus.
• Explain menu items, daily specials, and available food and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to restaurant service standards.
• Check guest satisfaction and respond professionally to requests or complaints.
• Prepare tables, arrange cutlery, and maintain clean and organized dining areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery.
• Process bills and payments accurately, where required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and personal grooming standards.
• Assist with restaurant opening, closing, and general service duties.
