Job summary

Tivoli Hotels & Resorts in Muscat is seeking a Hospitality Ambassador (Waitress) to provide prompt, professional, and courteous food and beverage service, delivering memorable dining experiences for every guest. You will reflect the hotel’s luxury standards and work closely with the Food & Beverage team.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving with accuracy, resolving guest requests, and maintaining station readiness while upholding hygiene, SOPs, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or restaurant service experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver prompt, professional, courteous service reflecting luxury standards.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service practices.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and escort to tables when applicable.
• Present menus, explain items, and take orders using POS.
• Serve food and beverages following Tivoli service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
• Work with colleagues to maintain cleanliness and stock at the station.
• Follow SOPs and safety regulations, report issues to supervisors.
