Crowne Plaza Muscat OCEC is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the front desk. You will assist with check-in, handle inquiries, and resolve issues in line with IHG brand standards, ensuring seamless service throughout guests’ stay.

Minimum 1–3 years in guest relations or front office, high school diploma required, hospitality diploma or degree preferred. English proficiency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–3 years of guest relations, front office, or customer service in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Experience with international hotel brands or luxury properties is preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic an advantage.
