Job summary

Crowne Plaza Muscat OCEC, part of InterContinental Hotels Group, seeks a Guest Service Specialist to deliver exceptional guest experiences at check-in/check-out and inquiries. You will proactively assist guests, resolve issues, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless service.

The role emphasizes personalized attention, professional grooming, and adherence to IHG standards. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus, with a focus on guest satisfaction and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of guest relations, front office, or customer service experience in hotel settings.
• Experience in international luxury hotel brands is a plus.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills; ability to handle conflicts calmly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes accurately.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions to guests.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain guest profiles and service history in the PMS and ensure data accuracy.
