• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Operations Management or Project Management is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management in entertainment or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the offering, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and compliance.
• Oversee procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Manage a large team and drive continuous improvement in guest experience.
