SEVEN is seeking a Manager - HRBP to provide strategic HR partnership for the operations team across the complex. You will align HR practices with business goals, lead talent development, governance, and employee engagement while supporting regional needs.

In this role you will advise the GM on workforce planning, manage employee relations, change initiatives, and data-driven HR analytics to improve organizational effectiveness in Oman.

Formación

• 6+ years in HR business partnering with expertise in employee relations and talent management.
• Professional HRBP experience in regional or multi-site operations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field; HR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as advisor to the GM on HR matters, guiding workforce planning and organizational development.
• Manage employee relations, conflicts, grievances and engagement programs.
• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning and development.
• Implement change management and OD initiatives aligned with SEVEN’s HR objectives.
• Use HR metrics to inform decisions and report insights to management.
