Hilton is seeking an Events Coordinator to drive group sales for meetings and events, coordinate arrangements, and manage client relationships from contract through event execution.

You will lead site inspections, negotiate with clients, and coordinate with Operations and Catering teams to ensure flawless service and memorable experiences for guests. This role is based at Hilton properties in Oman and involves close collaboration with revenue teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality event coordination is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication with clients and team members.

Responsabilités

• Drive group sales by responding to inquiries and securing meetings and group bookings (10–50 rooms depending on hotel).
• Generate new leads through outbound efforts, proposals, and tailored sales strategies.
• Conduct site inspections and hotel tours to showcase spaces and services that meet client needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients and vendors.
• Coordinate with Operations, Catering, and Revenue teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service.
• Manage event documentation, site visits, VIP arrangements, and post-event reporting.
