Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, or building services or equivalent.
• Experience in senior engineering or cluster chief engineer roles, hospitality preferred.
• Ability to obtain local licenses; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the director of engineering in leading, developing, and motivating the engineering team with supervision and coaching.
• Ensure safety-first culture, compliance with Hilton standards, and regulatory obligations.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and capital expenditure plans with ROI input.
• Monitor building systems and asset performance, escalating risks and opportunities.
