Job summary

Libertex Group is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and partnership growth across GCC. You will onboard IBs, affiliates, trading academies and institutional clients while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead regional BD initiatives, grow partner networks and work with marketing on GCC-focused campaigns. Represent the company at expos and stay informed on market trends and KPIs such as revenue and trading volumes.

Qualifications

• Required degree in business/marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in Forex/CFD business development with GCC focus.
• Fluent Arabic and English required.
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates and traders in GCC.
• Knowledge of GCC market dynamics and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a BD strategy tailored to GCC.
• Identify, recruit and manage IBs, affiliates and institutional clients in GCC.
• Act as main contact for partners, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing to design and deploy region-specific campaigns.
• Represent the company at expos, seminars and events.
• Stay updated on regulatory frameworks, competitive offerings and market trends.
• Track KPIs: revenue, client acquisition, conversion rates and trading volumes.
