Job summary

Libertex Group is expanding its Business Development leadership to drive growth across the GCC market. The role entails mentoring BDMs, setting sales targets, and developing partnerships with IBs, affiliates, and institutions.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in Forex/CFD business development within GCC, fluent Arabic and English, and a proven track record in leading sales teams. The position supports remote work within a global team and offers professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on GCC, including 2 years in a team lead role.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English language.
• Proven success in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of GCC financial markets, IB networks, and trading regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on the GCC market.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience.
• Analyse team performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
• Attend and lead team participation in expos, conferences, and client meetings.
