Job summary

Burj Line Builders in Oman is seeking a proactive Business Development Officer to provide administrative support, manage the Braxtone Club Program, expand the service provider network, and strengthen client relationships with insurers, brokers, agencies and partners.

You will report to the Operations Manager and handle market research, data analysis, meetings, events, digital advertising and promotional activities to drive sales and awareness of the company in Oman.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative support and business development roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in digital media advertising and event planning.
• Knowledge of Omani business environment and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for filing, reports, meetings and presentations, and office supplies.
• Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors.
• Handle Braxtone Club Program and expand the service provider network.
• Fund collection from the Garages and enroll SP in the program.
• Conduct market research and analyze collected data.
• Obtain new product suppliers and market the company.
• Collect and analyze market data.
• Understand the business through research.
• Relationship management with customers (insurance, broker, rental cars, and agencies, others).
• Arrange meetings with potential clients (insurance, broker, agencies; others).
• Assist with management of SP, acquiring new service providers and negotiating discounts.
• Handle customer complaints along with office administration.
• Public relations with Omani ministries, banks and government offices.
• Assist with digital media advertising.
• Arrange events and promotions to boost sales and awareness in Oman.
• Market and secure new RSA program accounts and related activities.
