Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong Arabic communication skills – minimum 80% proficiency.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent customer-service skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations.
• Comfortable using POS systems.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Organized, reliable and punctual.
• Hands-on Front of House Manager who leads by example and owns the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily front-of-house operation.
• Lead and supervise servers, baristas and front-of-house staff.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and guest experience.
• Organize the team and staff positions before each service.
• Coordinate closely with the Operations Manager and Head Chef.
• Train, support and monitor front-of-house employees.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, appearance and performance.
• Supervise table organization and customer flow.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the restaurant.
• Supervise POS, order-taking and cashier procedures.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are correctly followed.
• Identify operational problems and take immediate corrective action.
• Maintain consistent service standards every day.
