Job summary

JLL in Oman is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead service delivery at client sites, ensuring satisfaction and KPI/SLA compliance. You will oversee a team, coordinate with contractors, and manage budgets and contracts, in alignment with client objectives.

You will liaise with site leadership and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while promoting JLL's reputation and capabilities in the local market.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Facilities Management in large commercial org.
• Experience owning facilities contracts and supplier/contractor management.
• Experience with EU Facility legislation and governing bodies.
• Quality assurance knowledge and experience desirable.
• Fluency in local language and English essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for service delivery at specified locations and KPI/SLA adherence.
• Oversee FM team, including reports, service providers, and contractors.
• Represent JLL to promote reputation and capabilities to tenants/clients.
• Coordinate with Site Leadership and procurement of goods/services for client buildings.
• Manage contracts, budgeting, invoicing and forecasts in financial systems (Oracle).
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality through inspections and training.
