Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Sales Executive to proactively drive F&B sales in Sohar and the Al Batinah region. You will develop new business opportunities, nurture corporate relationships, and promote the hotel's F&B outlets and services to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities include client visits, proposals, quotations, and coordinating with operations to deliver contracted services while monitoring market trends and maintaining a robust client database.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B sales or hotel sales.
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for F&B outlets, events, catering, and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and travel partners.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, and presentations to generate new business.
• Promote restaurants, banquets, conferences, catering services, and F&B promotions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and packages based on client requirements.
