Job summary

Alila Hinu Bay is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader to strengthen team performance and brand delivery. You will recruit, train and coach staff, ensuring high standards and seamless service across outlets.

You will manage budgeting, cost controls, and brand-aligned communications, while coordinating with Marketing and Operations to sustain exceptional profitability and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Food & Beverage management role in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, hotel management, business or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards and F&B operations.
• Proven track record of increasing F&B sales and profitability.
• Proficiency with F&B management systems and POS software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing and guest-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build teamwork and boost the team’s commitment to the hotel.
• Delegate responsibilities based on ability with proper authority and resources.
• Recruit, interview and hire; ensure the right person in the right job.
• Communicate the vision and brand personality within the department.
• Train staff for current and future growth; set high performance standards.
• Prepare the annual F&B business plan and monitor the budget.
• Control costs while ensuring guests receive value for money.
• Lead regular briefings and ensure follow-up on actions.
• Maintain an efficient administrative system and adapt to changes.
