Alila Hinu Bay seeks an experienced housekeeping leader to build a high-performing team and uphold luxury standards. You will train staff, ensure adherence to brand vision, and schedule resources to meet guest demand while maintaining a spotless environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and English proficiency are required, with 3–5 years in housekeeping and 1–2 years in supervision. This role focuses on guest satisfaction and operational excellence at a five-star hotel in Oman.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury or five-star hotel.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role in housekeeping.
• High school diploma; hotel management degree or diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train housekeeping team to meet hotel standards and brand vision.
• Schedule staff in accordance with business needs and ensure coverage.
• Maintain grooming standards and professional appearance at all times.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of rooms, public areas and back-of-house.
• Coordinate with Front Office for VIPs, arrivals and special requests.
• Support in monthly inventory, supplies, and safety procedures.
