Job summary

voco Muscat Al Mouj, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead pre-opening operations across restaurants, bars, room service and banquets. You will drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction and financial performance, shaping our F&B culture from day one.

As a seasoned hotel F&B leader, you will manage staffing, budgeting and cost control, mentor the team, collaborate with departments, and promote memorable dining experiences that reflect the voco

Qualifications

University/College degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
3-4 years’ experience in a similar position or a related field with a proven record of accomplishment or success.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Arabic with other languages preferred.
Experience in a 5-star hotel/resort international chain is essential.

Responsibilities
