IHG Hotels & Resorts in Oman is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations for large-scale events and high-end dining. You will coach a diverse team to deliver quality meals while upholding exceptional standards across all outlets.

The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of culinary experience in hotels and at least 3–4 years in senior kitchen leadership, preferably with a global 4– or 5-star brand. Competitive salary, uniforms, room discounts and training are offered.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of culinary experience in a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
• 3–4 years in a senior kitchen leadership role, preferably Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
• Previous experience in a 4- or 5-star international hotel brand is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily kitchen activities and coach a team capable of catering to more than 500 people.
• Ensure quality, maintain high standards and keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Encourage and address guest feedback.
• Assist Food and Beverage Manager in event planning.
• Collaborate with F&B Manager and Finance to forecast, plan and budget.
