Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in fine dining or hotel setting.
• Proficient in various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Ability to lead and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic a plus.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create menus meeting customers' preferences and seasonal availability.
• Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to prepare high-quality dishes.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
• Maintain food safety standards per local health codes.
• Oversee kitchen operations during peak hours.
