Job summary

CoreStruct Solutions in Nizwa, Egypt is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all kitchen operations and ensure the highest quality of food for guests.

You will develop menus that blend local flavors with international influences, manage inventory to control costs, and lead a diverse team while upholding health and safety standards; fluent in English, Arabic proficiency a plus, and experience in multicultural environments are valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.
• Culinary degree or equivalent training/education preferred.
• Proficient in creating innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary restrictions.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment is an asset.
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Develop and create menus that showcase local flavors while also incorporating international influences
• Manage food inventory and control costs to ensure profitability
