Job summary

PPOAR in Nizwa, Oman is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations and create menus reflecting our brand. You will lead kitchen staff, coordinate training and scheduling, and ensure consistent high-quality food presentation.

You will manage inventory, monitor costs, uphold food safety standards, and work with management to optimize menu planning. This position offers growth opportunities and accommodation support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar in a high-volume restaurant.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Degree or certification in Culinary Arts preferred.
• Ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute menus reflecting our brand concept.
• Manage kitchen staff including hiring, training and scheduling.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking and presentation to meet quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure food safety regulations are followed by the kitchen team.
