Nizwa, Oman — GlowUp Kuwait is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations and drive menu development for our renowned restaurant. You will oversee quality, creativity, and presentations that attract guests from around the world.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Ability to create innovative dishes while keeping up with current food trends
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop menus that showcase both traditional and modern cuisine
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
• Manage inventory and ensure quality of ingredients used in dishes
• Collaborate with management to create cost‑effective menus without compromising on quality
